The beds were super comfy and the balconies were a huge hit, but the pool area was not as nice as the photos suggested. I wouldn't return though.

The indoor pool and friendly staff were highlights, but we were disappointed to find the hot tub dirty and the room had a strange odor.

I recently stayed in a King Room and found it quite comfortable, with ample space for relaxation. Not the best experience

Our stay was pretty disappointing. The hot tub was cold and the pool had a weird film. There was black mold all over too, which freaked me out since my daughter has asthma. At least the staff was nice, and the restaurant had great food. But no way I'm staying here again.

I had a great time at this hotel, enjoying my strolls at the nearby Center Lake Park, just a short walk away, and the peaceful Winona Lake Trails, perfect for relaxing walks. the staff was friendly and helpful too, making my stay comfortable. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the clean room and quick access to local dining options, but I wish there was a complimentary water dispenser for guests.
